Scrubbing & Sanitizing

The Scrubbing & Sanitizing service includes:

• assessment of the condition of the fixtures
• manually scrubbing each fixture inside and out, top to bottom, removing all hard water stains using pumice stones, picks, brushes, and other special tools to include heavy duty acid bowl cleaner and sanitizer
• the rim jets are inspected and cleared to ensure proper water flow
• cleaning and sanitizing of the sink faucets, water controls, and flush handles

When finished with each fixture, it will have no hard water stains, no bacteria, no viruses in or on the fixture.

The residual value will last up to one week.
